The Ocean Springs Carnival Association (OSCA) was established in 2008 with the intention of giving back to the community and beginning the first Night Parade (2009) in Ocean Springs History. Throughout the years, OSCA has grown into more than just a night parade. It has added several new annual activities: the Masquerade Ball, the Downtown Pub Crawl, Fundraisers that benefit the local community, the Discover Christmas Parade, and Christmas Caroling.
